The Phoenix Sister Cities Grenoble Committee presented a free virtual concert on July 14, 2021 in honor of Bastille Day.
Honorary Consul of France in Arizona Nathan Fidel opened the program on behalf of Phoenix Sister Cities and sent our best wishes to our friends in Grenoble. Our long-standing relationship with Grenoble inspired Phoenix Sister Cities members Andrea Beaulieu and Pam Morita to select three songs in English and French. Phoenix Sister Cities member Lucretia Torva also painted a tribute piece in honor of Bastille Day, that was featured as a time-lapsed video during the concert.
