Taipei City Committee’s Virtual Self-Defense Class

The Phoenix Sister Cities Taipei Committee presented a free virtual self-defense class on May 22, 2021.

Taipei Committee Chair Wen Chyi Chiu introduced presenter Jui L. Chiu, a former Army specialist and CPS Investigator, a certified private investigator in Arizona and current City of Phoenix employee. The purpose of the self-defense class was to teach the community how to be more aware of their surroundings and gain self-confidence.
