Phoenix Sister Cities Chengdu, Himeji and Taipei City Committees hosted a virtual Tea Journey Across Asia on January 16, 2021. Each panelist chose one type of tea that best represented their city and presented on tea culture and etiquette in that city. Attendees were sent tea samples for the tasting, a tea tasting card and a tea flavor chart to follow along during the program.
